How can I order a product?

Making an order can be easily done via our website. It is not possible to make an order via phone or e-mail.

Choose the product you want to order and click the button 'add to your cart'. The product is now added to your shopping cart.

Now click on the small shopping bag icon in the top right corner of your screen. This will bring you to a list of the products you want to order. Here you can still change quantities or delete products.

Click on 'check out' to proceed to the payment progress. Fill in all the information we need to process your order and press 'pay now'.

You will be redirected to the payment method of your desire.
Once your payment is confirmed, your order is placed.

How can I pay?

Paying on our webshop is possible with American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Bancontact, and Union Pay.

Choose your desired payment methode while placing your order.

My desired product is sold out, will it be restocked?

Sorry to hear that your desired product is sold out! We try our absolute best to make sure that the stock of our products and sizes is always refilled as soon as possible. Unfortunately this is not always possible.

Always be up to date of our restocks by following our Instagram or sign-up for our newsletter.

I have a question about the size or color of an item.

The size or color of an item may vary depending on the supplier. We try our best to describe the products as detailed as possible.

Still not sure? You can always check out our products in our physical store if they are still in stock.

We advice you to call before visiting our store to make sure your product is still in stock in that branch.

Can i exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do not facilitate exchanges. If you wish to change the size or color of an item, kindly return the product and proceed to place a new order. Please note that a new payment will be required for the replacement item. The refund for the returned item will be processed upon satisfactory completion of the return, meeting all specified return conditions.

Can I return an item?

It is possible to return an item you've ordered within 14 calendar days.

How can I use a gift card?

Gift cards can be used during the check-out procedure of an order. Simply enter the code in the field 'Gift card or discount code' and then click on the 'Apply' button. The discount/gift amount will then be deducted from the total.

How do I know if my order was successful?

When your order was successful you will receive a confirmation via the e-mail adress you have entered during the check-out procedure.

If you didn't receive a confirmation via e-mail, check whether the payment has been processed through your banking app.

If a payment has been made but you haven't received a confirmation email, you can contact us on info@oui-shop.be.

Can I still cancel my order?

You can't cancel or change your order through our website. Contact us as soon as possible, and we will make the adjustments to your order.
